Individual lessons are offered to anyone who is looking to improve their skills and/or flexibility, increase their strength and/or stamina.
If someone feels like he or she is lagging behind or if he or she wishes to get ahead in order to do better in tournamnets, they can request for individual lessons and get more personal instrcution.
Individual lessons are highly customised to suit the student's/member's skills, level of fitness, learning ability and personality. Each training session focuses on the student's/member's specific strengths and weaknesses, and is tailored to his/her needs and abilities. One individual session is worth around 10 group sessions in terms of how much attention a student/member receives from his/her instructor, and how well the lesson is adapted to maximise the learning process.
Lessons can be one on one, or in small groups up to 6 people.
