If the members or the visitors fail to follow the proper etiquette, which is explained below, they will be blacklisted, expelled or fined.
• All Haki Club members, visitors and guests MUST take their shoes off before entering the sports hall.
• All members, visitors and guests must respect Haki Club premises by keeping them clean and tidy.
• It is not allowed to eat or snack at the premises.
• All members, visitors and guests are expected to treat other members, visitors, guests and staff members politely and respectfully. Rudeness, aggressiveness and disrespect will not be tolerated.
• All Haki Club members should show their good manners by treating other members, visitors and guests courteously. Magic words such as sorry, please and thank you can go a long way. No shoving or pushing will be tolerated.
• Personal belongings should not be spread out carelessly by the members, visitors and guests who are changing and should not take up more space than necessary in order not to hinder other members, visitors or guests who are also using the changing room.
• All members, visitors and guests are expected to respect each other’s personal space and belongings.
• When entering and leaving the training facility, a.k.a. ‘dojo’ on the second floor, everyone MUST say ‘Osu!’ to show their respect to the ‘dojo’, to their instructor/teacher, a.k.a. ‘Sensei’ and their peers.
• All students must adhere to the highest hygiene standards and come to the ‘dojo’ with neatly trimmed nails, well-kept hair, clean training uniform and gear.
• In the ‘dojo’, everyone must be focused and listen carefully to the instructions of their ‘Sensei’. If they understood the instructions, they should reply by saying ‘Osu!’ If they did not understand the instructions, they should raise their hand and wait patiently until their ‘Sensei’ allows them to ask for an additional explanation.
• Once the training session starts, the students are not allowed to speak among themselves, wander/play around the ‘dojo’, use/check their phones or distract other students.
• The students are expected to be kind to each other and help each other practice various skills. They MUST cooperate with one another, treat each other with politeness and patience, and NEVER aim to humiliate or injure their partner.
• After using the ‘dojo’ inventory and ‘dojo’ gear, the inventory and gear must be put back in its place neatly.
• All members must adhere to the highest hygiene standards, i.e. wear clean training clothes, fresh socks, well-washed training gear, such as wrist or ankle straps, knees pads, etc., use only indoor kung-fu/tai-chi or ballet shoes.
• All members are expected to put the used inventory back in its place.
• After using chalk, every member must make sure to clean it off the floor and equipment if there are any remains left, unless it is on the gymnastics rings or the horizontal bars.
