Calisthenics

Small group training sessions focus on helping adults and children master their bodyweight. The sessions aim to strengthen the members through bodyweight exercises on the gymnastic rings, bars and floor. Trainings include basic compound movements, developing skills and a sense of balance to be able to perform various handstand variations and flexibility exercises to achieve a full split.

All members are guided through individual strength, skill and flexibility progressions to match their current level of fitness and ability in order to achieve personal goals. Most sessions are designed for long-term fitness goals so that all members could eventually achieve advanced calisthenics skills, such as handstand push-ups, one arm pull-ups, front lever, iron cross on the gymnastics rings, Maltese, planche and so on if they continue to train regularly.

Small group sessions are conducted in a group of up to 8 people. Only one group at a time is present at the gym in order to guarantee the trainer’s undivided attention to every member.

Exclusive family and friends, or private one-on-one training sessions are also available.
