Individual training and nutrition programmes are highly customized plans designed to match a client’s specific lifestyle, preferences, tastes and personal goals, and are meant to improve his/her overall health, physique, and performance.
The programme starts with an evaluation and an analysis of the client’s current health, physique, level of fitness, eating habits, and goals in order to set up realistic expectations and to make sure that the programme is maximally effective but does not injure or put the client through physical or mental suffering. Only after this initial but crucial analysis and understanding of the client’s current physical stats, everyday habits, lifestyle, as well as aspirations for the future do we start the journey towards achieving his/her objectives.
Individual training and nutrition plans include detailed, professional explanations and demonstrations of every exercise that is recommended to the client to make sure that the client performs them with a perfect form and technique, that he or she doesn’t get injured, uses a full range of motion to maximise muscle growth, breathes correctly and knows how to warm up before starting the training session. The client is also instructed on how to set up the training equipment correctly, if equipment is necessary.
In addition, the programme offers regular consultations and physique/performance analysis, as well as appropriate training/nutrition adaptations to make sure that the client is progressing gradually.
Personal training can be done face-to-face at our location, where the trainer guides the client through various exercises or via online.
